Packaged in 1 lb packs, this burger is bursting with flavor! Many have said its the best they have eaten. Our animals mature more slowly than commercial feedlot cattle (commercial cattle are given estrogen hormone implants and antibiotics), and ours have a rich beefly flavor as a result.
